This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our mobile application for men's pelvic-floor (Kegel) training, guided exercises, breathing meditations, and educational articles (the "App"). It describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.

We keep data collection to what the App actually needs. Depending on how you use the App, the following categories may apply:
Information you provide. During onboarding you may enter a first name and select a training goal (for example, improving intimate life or general health). This information is stored locally on your device to personalize your experience and is not transmitted to our servers.
Activity and progress data. Your training sessions, exercise history, progress, and favorites are generated as you use the App and are stored locally on your device.
Support communications. If you contact us by email, we receive your message, your email address, and any information you choose to include, so we can respond and provide assistance.
Purchase data. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. To validate purchases, manage entitlements, and handle refunds, our server may receive purchase-related data such as the App Store receipt, transaction identifiers, the product identifier, price, currency, and country/region of the transaction.
Automatically collected data. To keep the App working, measure marketing performance, and understand aggregate usage, we and our providers may process:
No device sensors. The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, health data, precise location, or Bluetooth. The only sensitive-permission prompt the App shows is the App Tracking Transparency request described above.

Content used in the App (articles, videos, and meditation audio) is delivered from our own servers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We do not sell your personal data.

Network communication with our servers and providers uses encryption in transit (HTTPS). Data stored on your device stays under your control and can be removed by deleting the App. We retain server-side purchase and attribution data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers to protect your information consistently with this Policy and applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Because your name, goal, and activity are stored locally, you can erase them at any time by deleting the App.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a privacy law (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or Utah), you have rights regarding your personal information, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. The App and its content may include links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated within the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
